I'm starting my private practice with a simple goal: to make mental health care feel approachable, whether you're an adult or a child navigating anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma. I see clients of all ages and want you to feel like a full partner in your own care, not just someone receiving instructions. I know it takes courage to reach out for support, and I want every conversation with me to feel judgment free and collaborative. My schedule is flexible, including evenings and weekends, so we can find a time that actually works for your life. I'm here to listen first and build a plan together from there.
I am a board certified Pyschiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping others meet their individual goals. My nursing career started in 2015 on an inpatient psychiatric unit. For the last 7 years I have worked in Addiction Psychiatry and Dual Diagnosis settings, focusing on medication management, harm reduction, and decreasing barriers to high quality care.
