Hi, I'm Alanna, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth therapy for adults across Florida. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and life transitions, especially those who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, or difficulty with focus and follow-through.
Many of the people I work with appear to be managing life on the outside while privately struggling with self-criticism, low self-worth, intrusive or racing thoughts, chronic stress, or the mental exhaustion that comes from feeling like you always have to keep it together. Others come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why life feels harder than it seems to for everyone else.
I also have a special interest in supporting individuals navigating the emotional impact of PCOS and other chronic health or hormonal conditions, including challenges related to body image, fatigue, mood changes, stress, and adjusting to life with an ongoing medical condition.
