I'm a licensed therapist with more than 22 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment. I've worked in community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, correctional settings, and private practice. I've sat with people in some of the hardest moments of their lives and know how to meet them there without flinching.
My primary focus is LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. That includes navigating identity, coming out at any stage of life, relationship dynamics unique to queer and same-sex partnerships, internalized stigma, minority stress, and everything that comes with living authentically in a world that doesn't always make that easy. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, substance use and dual diagnosis, men's issues, and stress and burnout.

Hi, I'm Nancy! Thanks for visiting my profile. I work with adolescents and adults ages 14 and up. I also love working with families and helping parents strengthen their communication and connection with their kids.
I enjoy supporting people through depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and relationship or parent-child struggles. Many of the people I meet feel overwhelmed or misunderstood. Maybe you're a parent who feels stretched thin, a teen who feels unheard, or an adult carrying a loss you haven't had space to talk about. Wherever you are, I'd love to help you feel more steady and more like yourself.
I'm empathetic and collaborative, and I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable. You should be able to show up as your full, authentic self without judgment or shame.
On a personal note, I'm bilingual in English and Haitian Creole. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, being creative, going to the gym, and finding reasons to laugh and enjoy the little things. Hi, I’m Tracy, I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 22 years of experience in nursing and mental health care. I provide compassionate, individualized treatment for children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, life transitions and other mental health illnesses. I have a passion for supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks and social isolation.
I take a holistic, patient centered approach to care, which means I look beyond just the symptoms. I consider the whole person, mind, body, and spirit because I believe true healing comes from addressing every part of who we are. That might include medication, lifestyle changes, therapy support, or simply having a safe space to talk and be heard. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Jacksonville University and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry at St. Thomas University. I’m currently working toward my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at St. Thomas University, which allows me to stay up to date with the latest research and continue improving how I serve my clients.
Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient hospitals, outpatient settings, and telehealth environments, giving me a broad understanding of how mental health shows up in different stages and spaces of life.
