I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and improve their mental health. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Anna Maria College and have worked in both clinical and school-based settings. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults on navigating school-related stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families I specialize in treating anxiety and depression. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I also enjoy working with teenage and younger clients. I see many people who are going through life transitions. When one is going through grief and loss, education challenges, relationship difficulties, a new family member, pain or illness, it can be particularly difficult to cope and particularly beneficial to be in therapy to work through these issues with an unbiased ear. I also specialize in working with individuals who have struggles with chronic pain. I completed my training at Simmons Graduate School of Social Work in Boston.
FIT MIND counseling services enjoys empowering clients finding a more meaningful way to live their lives and assisting them learning about the importance of self-love. Helping clients to focus on themselves and on their self-care is a precious thing. When they learn to embrace and unconditionally love for being themselves, they become stronger in the face of negativity and more able to hold onto positive thoughts when faced with challenges.
I believe that people make sense. Even the parts of us that confuse us. Even the reactions we wish we could change. Even the ways we cope that may no longer be helping us—or may sometimes hurt us. There is usually a reason we learned to respond the way we do.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and one of the things I value most about this work is helping people understand themselves with more compassion and less judgment. So often, we spend years believing that something is wrong with us because we feel too much, shut down, overthink, pull away, become overwhelmed, or struggle to feel safe and connected. I don’t see those experiences as evidence that you are broken. I see them as places worth becoming curious about.

I'm a Massachusetts LICSW who works with people who've had to be strong for a long time - youth, neurodivergent adults, LGBTQIA+ folks, parents, and people navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, trauma, poverty or substance use. I bring lived experience to this work, not just credentials. I'm direct, warm, and genuinely invested in the people I work with. I do telehealth, which means sessions are on your schedule, in your space, no commute required.
