Hi there! Welcome to the first step of healing and growth. I received my Masters in Forensic Mental Health Counseling and have experience in working with children, teens and adults with various needs and goals. I view people holistically, working collaboratively to guide and empower them.
You may be the person everyone turns to, the one who holds it together, cares for others, and keeps moving even when exhausted. But lately, you may be wondering, “What about me?” I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. I have a special passion for supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife, including changes in identity, relationships, intimacy, and sexual wellness. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and make space to reconnect with yourself and embrace what comes next.
Reaching out for support is one of the bravest things you can do — and I'm honored to be part of your journey. I work with individuals living with anxiety, chronic illness and pain, and substance use and addiction. I believe every person carries their own resilience, and my role is to help you access it. My practice is built on trust, warmth, and a deep commitment to your growth. I show up for my clients with honesty and the genuine conviction that meaningful change is always within reach
