My approach blends psychodynamic therapy — exploring how our past shapes who we are — with cognitive behavioral techniques that help you shift patterns and take back control of your thoughts and choices. I meet clients where they are, offering a space of respect, understanding, and real conversation.
If you’re ready to start doing the work — to heal, to grow, and to reclaim your power — I’d be honored to walk beside you.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in medication management and psychiatric evaluations. As an ER nurse for 15 years in the Psychiatric emergency department and spending the first half of my Nurse practitioner career on an inpatient psychiatric unit before going to outpatient, I have been there with people and helped them through their roughest days. Through medication managed crisis intervention work in these areas, I have learned to support your journey through medication stabilization, a lot of humor about the triggers and stressors life gives us and foundational guidance.
You're smart and capable, but the wheels in your head won't stop spinning. Maybe it's a list of worries that follows you from room to room with no reprieve or ADHD that makes everyday tasks so much harder. You may notice a pattern in your relationships that continues to resurface even though you've tried so hard to break it. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the New School for Social Research and have over six years of experience. Along with anxiety, ADHD, and relationship struggles, I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating aspects of their identities, especially their sexual orientation and gender presentation.
In my work with the LGBTQIA+ community, I create a space where you won't have to educate me about the broader issues that impact your life. Maybe you're grappling with coming out, questioning, or transitioning. Maybe what's weighing on you has nothing to do with your identity. Either way, you're welcome here as you are.
My commitment to your well-being guides my work. That means we'll continue to revisit the question of whether therapy is actually helping and course correct as necessary.
