I have been in the health care field for over 10 years. When working with individuals, I believe it’s important to take a humanistic approach and focus on what a client’s goals. Providing a safe non-judgement space is important in order to have a successful relationship. I like to meet individuals where they are and utilize a person-centered approach when discussing coping skills or creating goals for outside of the counseling session.
I am a Licensed New York State Marriage and Family Therapist. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in therapy as well as other modalities. ACT Therapy focuses on increasing mindfulness skills that help her patients recognize and address challenges that have occurred due to attempts at suppressing, managing, or trying to control one’s emotional experiences.
I’m Paige Allegra Blayne, a therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, eating disorders, or life transitions, I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals recovering from trauma, and those facing challenges related to body image, infertility, substance use, and women’s mental health. My practice is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore every part of yourself without judgment.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Therapy is a space where you should feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges, emotional distress, and periods of change.
I believe that each person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth. Through self-exploration and increased self-awareness, therapy can help you better understand yourself, develop effective ways of coping, and move toward the life you want to create. I take a holistic and individualized approach, recognizing that there is no single path to healing or personal growth.
