Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming—especially if you’ve been living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other psychiatric conditions that affect your daily life and relationships. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I am an LCSW, with experience working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, where I have supported individuals during some of the most vulnerable and complex moments of their lives. This background has given me a deep understanding of mental health conditions, crisis stabilization, emotional regulation, and the impact that untreated trauma can have on a person’s life.
I am a dedicated mental health therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's many challenges. I have 14 years in the field of clinical work and education/schools.
