I'm Anna Bellard, LCSW, a trauma therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, PSTD, and the lasting impact of trauma. I specialize in EMDR therapy and somatic-based approaches that help clients heal not just mentally, but through the nervous system as a whole.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Vermont and completed my Master of Social Work at University of Denver in 2020. My clinical background includes inpatient psychiatric care, adult partial hospitalization (PHP), and dual-diagnosis treatment, where I worked with complex trauma, mood disorders, and substance use.
Overtime, my work led me to focus on individual therapy for adults seeking deeper healing, emotional regulation, and reconnection with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct.
Therapy is about you healing and seeing clearly enough to make your own decisions. I'll ask challenging questions that you may need a couple weeks to think on. I believe in boundaries, taking responsibility for what you can control, but also giving yourself grace because people are complex and we do our best with what we know at the time. I love strong personalities and deep thinkers, and believe the best use of your hour is to explore places where you feel stuck OR give your mind a place to rest in the middle of a busy week. I take a curious, directive and compassionate approach, offering exercises or activities to guide you to your own answers.
The most important part of your healing process is the therapeutic relationship. As I build a map of your inner and outer worlds in my own mind, and you feel truly listened to, seen, and understood, the more you will grow. I draw on Gestalt, DBT, EMDR, Gottman, trauma and CBT tools as needed, but above all I put you as a person first.
If you want to bring your big questions on life, love, spirituality, or beliefs, do it! I love digging in and helping you find your way to understanding your values & how you want these to guide you. I might assign reading or workbooks to do between sessions if you want to go deeper or need guidance. And, I'll add a splash of humor when appropriate!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than two decades of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. Throughout my career in Northern California and Southern Oregon, I have helped individuals and families navigate life’s challenges while fostering meaningful growth and connection, providing compassionate, strengths focused care to individuals and families throughout the region. For the past 12 years I worked as a Mental Health Therapist in school-based health centers, supporting students and families in developing healthier relationships, strengthening emotional resilience, and improving overall well-being. I earned my Master of Social Work in 2015 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2022.
I have over 15 years experience supporting people seeking to be their best selves. I work best with people that are looking to end self-defeating behaviors, adopt new ones and sustain them.
Hi, I'm Jasmine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker! I studied at the University of Illinois and at Boston University, and I've been in the field for 7 years. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and stress.
Many people come to therapy carrying more than they realize - old wounds, stress that won’t settle, or patterns that keep repeating. If you’ve been carrying trauma, you may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I offer a steady, compassionate space to explore what’s hurting and understand the patterns your mind and body have developed to cope. As a Licensed Professional Counselor focused on trauma, I use relational and mind‐body approaches to help you rebuild safety and self‐trust. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Hi, I'm Michael — a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in both Oregon and California. I believe that feeling truly heard is the foundation of good psychiatric care, and I bring that belief into every appointment.
I earned my Master of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Regis College and have built my clinical background across a range of settings that gave me deep insight into the complexity of mental health. That breadth of experience shapes the thoughtful, whole-person approach I bring to my work today. I am solution oriented with the intention of bringing all that I have learned over the years to the table to get you to your best, thriving self.
I specialize in adult and geriatric populations and provide evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and sleep disorders. My treatment approach integrates psychopharmacology with individual therapy modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Validation — because medication is only one supportive tool.
I also bring a holistic perspective to mental health care — as a trained Reiki Master, I recognize that healing extends beyond medication alone and encompasses the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I maintain an awareness of integrative and complementary approaches, including energy work, sound therapy, acupuncture, and plant medicine, and welcome open, nonjudgmental conversations with clients who are exploring or curious about these paths.
I currently offer telehealth appointments, and I'm committed to creating a warm, culturally competent space where clients feel safe being honest about what they're going through. Whether you're seeking care for the first time or looking for a provider who will truly partner with you in your mental health journey, I'd be honored to work with you.
