Hey there. My name is Dr. Lord, but feel free to call me Jeridith. I am a behaviorally based clinical counselor, which means we are really going to focus on the behaviors that are keeping you in an unhappy place and how to change them. I specialize in working with survivors or trauma, individuals working through addiction, and military families.
I have been a therapist for over 20 years and have expertise in depression and anxiety, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, women's issues, and problematic anger. Although I work with people of all faiths and backgrounds, I also enjoy providing faith-based counseling to Christian clients to support them spiritually in treatment. I earned my BA in psychology from Butler University and my MA in Clinical Psychology from Trinity International University. I am curious and teachable, willing to learn from observation and from others. I am a wife, daughter, sister, and mom of three ranging from elementary school to adulthood, with disabilities and chronic illness. I love spending time with my family, good coffee, and taking a walk with a good friend.

Hi, I’m Alicia Redmond, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re carrying more than you can handle, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talk openly about what you’re going through
Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re experiencing, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with the strengths you already have. I believe therapy should feel personal to you, not like a one-size-fits-all approach.
