I believe seeking therapy requires courage and is a strength in itself. As a licensed mental health counselor, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring life's challenges. My professional experience includes work across a range of settings, including private practice and partial hospitalization programs. I currently focus on providing trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, genuine, and judgment-free. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, motherhood, and other challenges that can leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My approach combines talk therapy with mindfulness, somatic techniques, and creative interventions when helpful. I strive to meet each client where they are while offering both support and gentle challenge to help you better understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change.
Mental health is nothing to "work on later" or neglect. This is the place you can be vulnerable, emotional and free of judgement. I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.
Hi folks! My name is Jane Coty, I am a trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In my practice, I use a warm, empathetic, yet direct approach to help my clients find alignment in their life. I recieved a Masters of Science at the Ferkauf School of Psychology where I studied marriage and family therapy. I've gone on to recieve Gottman level 1 training. In my previous experience I have worked with a variety of populations: LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, older and younger populations, a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, and ethnic backgrounds.
I believe that everyone has within them an abundant reservoir of love. Oftentimes, our access to this force is obscured by the wear and tear of life - traumatic experiences, structural injustices, interpersonal upheaval, moral injury, spiritual confusion... and the defenses we create to survive in response. At With Love Psychotherapy, my goal is to facilitate a homecoming to this force - for individuals and couples - as they work toward creating a life that feels aligned and meaningful. In this work, there is nothing to be ‘fixed’. There is only the intentional movement toward what serves you.
