Welcome—I'm glad you're here. I offer fully remote therapy with a focus on women’s mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions such as marriage, divorce, relocation, career changes, retirement, and starting college. I also specialize in maternal mental health, providing compassionate support during the prenatal and postpartum periods. I accept referrals for adolescents and couples on a case-by-case basis.
For more than 10 years, I have worked alongside people navigating serious mental health

I received a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling and Mental Health from Hofstra University. During my practicum and internship in a community clinic, I counseled people from 15-72 years of age with a range of mental health and vocational concerns. As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I worked with clients to explore career choices and assist with finding, obtaining, and keeping employment. I am also a Certified Work Incentive Practitioner, which allows me to advise public benefit beneficiaries on their entry or return to competitive employment and its effects on their benefits.
I currently work at a private practice and have many years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults as a social worker and therapist. I received a Master of Social Work degree at the University of South Carolina. I specialized in studying, children, youth and their families.

You can have a positive mindset with SOLUTION-FOCUSED THERAPY. Feeling worried, or your thoughts race, your sleep is off, or you get that feeling in your stomach? At times we get frustrated enough with someone that it affects your work, family life, or health. I know how it sucks to be questioning, stuck, and worked up with tension and concern. Then, self-doubt creeps in--but it doesn’t need to be like that anymore. If you’re curious how to get things calmer, under control, and feel more self-assured, I’m here as a confidant who listens deeply AND offers tools that really work. You CAN increase confidence!
